Cancellation policy
24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule is our standard request. If you cancel or move your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to find a new time that fits you.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, if you no-show, or if you arrive significantly late and we cannot complete your service, you may be charged a fee. We will explain any fee when we contact you. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online. If you’re running late, please call — we’ll try to accommodate you when possible.
