If you cancel or change your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may be charged a fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, we may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the remaining service in the time left; if your late arrival prevents a full service, we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment and this may be treated like a late cancellation.
