Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you need to change your appointment, please call or email us as soon as you know so we can offer your time to another guest.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals that cause us to shorten your scheduled service may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to reduce the service to fit the remaining time or reschedule. Any fee will be explained when we contact you after a late cancellation or no-show.
