Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule fair.
If you cancel or move a booking with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the remaining time booked; if the service must be shortened or rescheduled due to lateness, a fee may apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future booking privileges.
