24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel inside 24 hours or fail to show, you may be charged a fee. We will inform you of any charge when applicable and apply it to the card on file or invoice you, depending on how you booked.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete as much of your service as possible within your appointment window. If the service must be shortened or rescheduled, the same late-cancellation terms may apply.
