If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the remaining service within your scheduled time; if your service must be shortened or rebooked because of lateness, you may still be charged for the scheduled appointment.
