Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us offer the time to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know by phone or email if a fee applies and how to pay it.
If you need to change plans, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you with a new time.
