We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keep schedules running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you the fee when you book and remind you in your appointment confirmation. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to accept future bookings. If something unexpected happens, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a solution.
