Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation to make changes.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late without advance notice, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete the service within your scheduled time. If we cannot safely complete the full service, we may need to reschedule and a fee may apply.
