24 hours notice is required to cancel or move a booking. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will happily reschedule or cancel with no penalty.
If you cancel after the 24-hour window, arrive significantly late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will consider repeat late cancellations or no-shows when booking future appointments. If you are running late, please call us; we will do our best to accommodate you but we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other clients.
