24 hours of notice to cancel; we ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We understand emergencies happen and will consider exceptions when you contact us promptly.
For late arrivals we will try to accommodate you, but if there is not enough time to complete the service without affecting other guests, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule. Charges for shortened or rescheduled services may apply. Please call us as soon as you know you will be late.
