If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within your scheduled time. If full service is not possible due to time constraints, we may need to shorten the appointment or reschedule, which could be treated as a late cancellation.
