Cancellation policy
Please give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We know things come up, and letting us know in that time helps us offer the slot to another guest.
If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the fee when you book and remind you before the appointment.
If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if additional time is required we may need to reschedule and a late or rescheduled appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
