Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. If you contact us before that window we will gladly reschedule or cancel with no penalty.
If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive extremely late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you the applicable fee when you book or if a situation arises.
If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining appointment time; this may mean shortening the service to avoid delaying other clients. Repeated late arrivals may affect future bookings.
