We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will do our best to find a new time that works for you without penalty. For late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals that cause us to shorten your service, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we may still provide the remaining portion of the service but may need to adjust or shorten treatments so we can stay on schedule. Please contact us as soon as your plans change so we can help.
