If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, if you do not show, or if you arrive so late we cannot safely complete your service, you may be charged a fee. We will explain any charge when we contact you. If time allows, we will do our best to accommodate a shorter appointment rather than a full reschedule. Repeated late changes or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
