Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. Please call us or use your online booking link so we can free the slot for other clients.
If you cancel after that window or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service, but we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid affecting other clients. Excessive late arrivals or repeated late cancellations may result in required deposits for future bookings.
