Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours' notice, we will do our best to rebook you without penalty.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect our ability to book future appointments for you. If you expect to be late, call us as soon as you can; we’ll try to accommodate shorter delays but may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients.
