If you arrive more than a short grace period, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. We will always consider emergencies and unusual circumstances; please call us as soon as you can so we can work with you and update your booking.
If you need to change a reservation, call or message us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another guest and help you find a new slot.
