Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is requested. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will happily rebook you without penalty.
If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you at booking how that fee could be applied. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. If you know you will be late, please call; depending on the appointment and our schedule we may be able to accommodate you, shorten the service, or ask you to reschedule to avoid affecting other clients.
