Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to another client. If you need to reschedule, please contact us by phone or online as soon as you know.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the situation and any fee when possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and effort to keep us informed so we can serve everyone fairly.
