This is my Signature Energy Healing session for those ready to go deeper. We begin with a breath and grounding ritual, followed by intuitive dialogue to explore what’s alive for you emotionally, spiritually, or energetically. Then we move into 60 minutes of hands-on healing, combining Reiki, intuitive energy work, and integration coaching. This session offers deeper clarity, release, and soul alignment. Ideal if you’re navigating transition, emotional heaviness, or ready for a deeper energetic shift. Depending on your needs, sessions may include intuitive coaching, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, somatic work, or other energetic modalities. Each session is uniquely guided by what your body and soul are ready to receive.

Intuitive Body Work & Energy Manipulation. This session focuses on tight/stuck energy in the physical body. Body Work is included on the following areas of the body: head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, upper back, pressure on the legs, calves, and feet. You will be encouraged to work with your breath and intention to release stagnant energy in the body.
