Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show "may be charged a fee".
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer that time to other guests and keep our schedule running smoothly.
If you arrive late we will do our best to give you the remaining time of your appointment but we may need to shorten or reschedule the service so it does not affect others. Late cancellations or no-shows are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be charged a fee.
If you need help rescheduling, call or message us as soon as you can and we will work with you.
