Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation to change your time.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will explain any fee when we contact you and apply it consistently. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if your service must be shortened or rescheduled, you may be charged for the original appointment.
