If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know at booking what fee may apply.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened so other appointments are not delayed. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book with us.
