Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up, you may be charged a fee to cover lost appointment time.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other guests. If we cannot complete the service because of a late arrival, the same late-cancellation policy may apply. We’ll always communicate clearly and work with you when unexpected situations arise.
