24 hours: We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice we will happily rebook you without penalty. If you cancel late or do not show, you may be charged a fee; we will let you know if a fee applies when you book and in any reminder messages. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate your service within your scheduled time, but we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment to avoid impacting other guests. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.
