Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but we may need to shorten the service so the next client is not delayed; in that case you may still be charged for the original appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
If you need help rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible.
