Orleans Oasis

We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. If you contact us before that window we will happily reschedule or cancel without penalty. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals that cause us to shorten your service may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to provide the remaining service within your appointment time; if the delay means the full service cannot be completed, we may need to reschedule and a late-cancellation fee may apply. We’ll always communicate clearly about any fee and why it’s charged.
