If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying others. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee to cover the reserved time. We will always try to notify you if we need to change or cancel your appointment and will offer to reschedule. If you have an ongoing issue, please call us so we can work with you on future booking needs.
