If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid impacting other clients. If shortening is needed, you may still be responsible for the full service cost. We appreciate timely cancellations so we can offer the time to others.
