If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled depending on the remaining time and the next bookings. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to book you in the future. Please call or message us as soon as you know you’ll be late or need to change plans.
