24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee; refunds are looked at case by case.
We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another guest. If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours, arrive very late, or do not show, we may charge a fee. We will always consider circumstances and communicate any fee before charging when possible.
To cancel or reschedule, please use the booking link, call us, or reply to your appointment text. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges. If you have an emergency, contact us and we will try to help.
