Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please call or use our online booking system to change your appointment so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within your scheduled time, but we may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid affecting other guests.
We appreciate timely changes so we can keep appointments running smoothly for everyone.
