Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us rebook the time and serve other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge a fee to cover part of the appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a no-show fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. We will always tell you about any potential fee when you book or when the change happens.
