If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. If we cannot provide the full service due to lateness, we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment and a fee may apply.
