We ask that you give us 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the time to another client.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show up, we may charge a fee. We will always explain the reason for a fee when we apply one and consider your situation; repeat late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book in high-demand times.
If travel or weather prevents you from arriving on time, call us as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you or adjust the appointment.
