24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or change your booking.
If you give less than 24 hours notice or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Late arrivals may have their service shortened to avoid affecting other clients; if the service cannot be completed we may treat it as a late cancellation.
To cancel or reschedule, call or message us as soon as possible. We’ll always try to be fair and will explain any fee before charging it. Repeated late cancellations may affect future bookings.
