Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. If you give at least 24 hours, we will happily reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel after 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive more than a short grace period late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid affecting other clients; this could also be treated as a late cancellation. We will always try to accommodate emergencies—please call us as soon as you can so we can work with you.
