Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours if you need to change your booking so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, if you no-show, or if you arrive so late we cannot complete your service, you may be charged a fee. We will explain any fee when you call or arrive. If you are running late, please call us — we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot always extend your appointment time without affecting other clients.
