24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you need to change your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We try to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate changes.
If you cancel after that window, arrive significantly late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid impacting other guests; full service time may not be available and charges for the original appointment may still apply.
