We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or through the booking system to change your appointment within that window so we can offer the time to other guests.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or fail to show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. We will always try to be fair if there are emergencies; please call us and explain the situation so we can work with you.
