Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please call or message us so we can open your slot for other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. A no-show may be charged a fee and could affect future booking privileges. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten the service to avoid delaying other clients; you may still be charged for the booked service.
If we must cancel your appointment, we will contact you and help you reschedule or issue a refund if appropriate.
