Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is requested when you need to cancel or move a booking. If you give us at least 24 hours, we will gladly reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. A late arrival may shorten your service to avoid delaying other guests; if we cannot provide the full service because of late arrival, you may be charged for the scheduled service. We will always try to accommodate changes when we can, and we’ll contact you if we need to apply any fee before processing.
