Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to change or cancel your booking so we can offer the time to another client. If you cancel with less notice, if you don’t show up, or if you arrive very late, you may be charged a fee to cover the reserved time.
We try to be fair. If an emergency happens, please call us and we will consider your situation. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments online or may require a card on file for booking.
