If you cancel with less than 24 hours, arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, or do not show, we may charge a fee to cover lost time.
If you know you will be late, please call or text as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges. We appreciate your respect for our schedule and other clients.
