Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please call or message us so we can rebook your slot and offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. If rescheduling is needed due to late arrival, the same cancellation terms may apply.
