Cancellation policy
We ask that you give 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer your appointment time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel late, don’t show, or arrive so late we cannot provide the full service, you may be charged a fee or required to prepay future bookings. If we can still complete part of the service we will do our best to accommodate you, but the service may be shortened. Please call or text us as soon as your plans change so we can work with you.
