Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will do our best to find another time that works for you with no charge.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the fee when you book and again if the situation occurs. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments.
If you are running late, call us as soon as you can. We will try to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid impacting other clients.
