Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will notify you if a fee is applied and record repeated late cancellations or no-shows on your account.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within your remaining appointment time. If there isn’t enough time, we may need to reschedule and a late-arrival policy may apply.
